It is distilled from the leaves and is imported from Spain & Australia. It has a strong camphorous odour. Aborigines have used eucalyptus leaves to remedy many ills. Put a few drops into a bowl of hot (not boiling) water, and put your head over the bowl. Use a towel over your head and the bowl to keep the steam in. This is a good way of relieving pressure in your sinuses. The steam is also good for your skin.

for colds, as a decongestant, to relieve asthma and fevers, for its bactericidal and anti-viral actions, to ease aching joints.
warnings: 
Eucalyptus is highly toxic if taken internally.
